30-day free returns. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How it works: Email irv@hardcodedlabs.co with your order number. Because these are ingestible supplements, we ask that products be at least 3/4 full to qualify for a refund — this is a safety standard, not a way to deny valid returns.

Refund timeline: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect item? Email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund right away, no return shipping required.
